Tips For Improving Your WordPress Skills

This week i would like to give you information about BlogDesk – a standalone WordPress editor. BlogDesk lets you handle your Technorati tags for your posts and provides image handling including resizing, rotating and image crops. BlogDesk is free of charge for personal and commercial use.

During the first months of my WordPress experiment, i had a lot of difficulties while trying to edit images. I thought WordPress was limited to its built-in editor only. I believed the only way for me to edit faster was to get familiar with its built-in editor. After a short while, i discovered BlogDesk. It is a real time saver. Let me tell you how it is going to change your blogging life if you are still using built-in WordPress editor only.

As an offline weblog client, BlogDesk lets you comfortably write and effortlessly publish new entries to your blog. The good thing is images can be directly inserted and are automatically uploaded. You may resize, rotate or crop them. All are one click away from you. That is all that simple!

  1. It sounds a great tool. Can it be used for wordpress 2.02, or is it for only the latest version?

There have been times when wordpress editor has taken me ages to make a post, simply because of little things like linking text to images which I have not stipulated. So some form of advanced posting editor would be most welcome, thanks.
