Back in 2008 I posted Comment Sniper for Better Blog Commenting Strategy, and stressed the importance of having an efficient blog commenting strategy. Briefly, blog commenting helps you engage with the blogosphere. However, if you solely rely on your theme’s comment section, you will not fully benefit from the comments you receive.
Bearing this in mind, I installed an excellent WordPress plugin called IntenseDebate. If you look at the comments left for my blog, you will notice that this little plugin not only provides a more professional look, but also encourages your readers for commenting. It is also integrated with Twitter and other popular social media platforms.
If you want to have better communication with your readers, try this plugin. You will be amazed with the positive impact too soon.
Every single day bloggers are fighting for one holly goal: “attract potential readers“. How about providing more content to your potential readers so that they spend more time on your blog?
“How often should I update my blog?” is one of the most common questions being asked in the blogosphere. In fact, there is no one true answer for that question. Depending on your blogging niche, personal goals, and geographical location, you can update your blog 1-3 times a day or 1-3 times a week.
Yesterday a lot of readers asked me the same question:”Why all of a sudden have you changed your blog’s theme?”.
Well, it wasn’t an easy decision. Because I really liked the previous theme. However SEO-wise it was terrible. The HTML codes of the previous theme wasn’t fully compatible with W3C standards.
