You can make your blog look much more interesting with video. You may use your own videos or choose the ones shooted by other people. It is also possible to host your videos on your own hosting account and use an embedded media player in your blog posts to display them. However, this could be quite expensive in terms of bandwidth usage because video files are usually quite large. It is better to upload your videos to video service like YouTube and then use a WordPress plugin to display them in your blog posts. EasyTube is a WordPress plugin which allows you to display YouTube content by using one simple tag in your blog posts.

We have just launched a new blog titled StartupsInTurkey(SIT). Actually Turkey has a well grown blogosphere but the English sources covering Turkey and the web business going on in this country are not enough. Our goal is to bring the latest news, analysis’, startups and the Internet people from Turkey. It is a kind of a showroom for the Turkish Internet Startups. The extraordinary design of SIT was made by BlogDestek.com, a blog service provider owned by Burak Dönertas who is a talented Turkish blog designer. Burak not only creates custom blog designs for the most popular Turkish bloggers, but also provides blog back up and maintenance services.
We have just launched the SIT. Therefore we still need sometime to get the ball rolling. Please feel free to share any kind of suggestions and ideas with us.
